Our Story
Setld was born from frustration. As students ourselves, we experienced the chaos of finding accommodation: scattered WhatsApp groups, unreliable agents, fake listings, and anxiety about scams. We knew there had to be a better way.
We started at UNILAG with a simple mission: create a verified marketplace where students can find accommodation without the stress. The response was overwhelming. Students loved the verification process, secure connections, and the small connection fee model that keeps our platform transparent.
